An Admissions Counsellor assigned to you will escort you for the school tour and help you understand about our campus facilities. She will support you throughout the admission process.



Meeting with Head
of Admissions

Meeting with the Head of Admissions will help you understand about programs offered, school facilities and processes. This meeting is necessary to understand about the school and answer your queries.



Interaction with Academic Coordinator & Principal

The Academic Coordinator can answer your questions about the academics and teaching pedagogy. Assessment for English and Mathematics are compulsory for Grade 6 and above applicants. Final Round of Interaction will be held with the Principal.




Post the interaction with the Principal, you will receive an official admission notification through email from the Head of Admissions.



Fee Payment & Document Submission

Admission will be confirmed upon fee payment and submission of all the required documents and supporting forms.



K.R. Mangalam Global School has rolling admissions throughout the year. This is to facilitate easy accommodation of transfer students from other schools from within the country and from across the globe. Student’s eligibility shall be determined based on school policies and program requirements.

Grade 10 (MYP Year 5) Transferring from an IB Curriculum is accepted. Admission is based on reports from their current school, a written assessment followed by an interaction.
Grade 11 (DP Year 1) Interaction,
Reports from the previous school attended and Assessment only on recommendation.
Grade 12 (DP Year 2) Transfers are admitted, provided all the pre-requisites of Diploma are met. Interaction and reports from current school.
Overseas/ Outstation Applicants A confidential recommendation from the existing school containing their last transcript in a sealed envelope.

Applicant should be:

Document Required

    • One passport size photo of the child and parents.
    • Copy of the child’s birth certificate.
    • Copies of the scholastic records of the previous two years (applicable for Grade 6 & above admission).
    • Transfer Certificate from the last school attended, if applicable. Overseas students may submit a recommendation letter.
    • Copy of a valid passport of the student (This is mandatory for overseas students)
    • Copy of FRRO registration (in case the student carries a non-Indian passport)

* Security Deposit is to be topped up every year before 20th June to cover the difference between the quarterly tuition fee applicable as per the new fee structure. Refund will be processed as per the T&C of the withdrawal policy.



1. Students wishing to join in April would need to pay Pre-Term Fee (Last Quarter's Tuition Fee) in addition to the Annual School Fee for the next academic year.

2. The Tuition Fee does not include uniforms, text books, stationery, additional subject support/individual learning support (if applicable), exchange programs, specialized individual projects in Design & Technology/Visual Arts/Sciences, Examination Fee, etc.

3. Fee Payment Details:
(a) New Parents: Fee Payments are accepted by card or cash at the Accounts Office. Admission Number will be generated on receiving the payment of first tuition fee along with annual and one time components of the fee.
(b) Existing Parents: Parents of enrolled students should download the "Edunext Parent App" and use it to pay the school fee on a regular basis. Cash or Card payments are also accepted at the Accounts Office.

4. Late Fee Penalty : If the fee is not paid before the due date, a late fee of Rs500 per day (including holidays) will be charged till the end of the month. Thereafter a late fee of Rs1000 (including holidays) will be charged for each day till the 10th of the following month (beginning month of the quarter). Payments not arriving within 30 days of the Due Date shall result in cancellation of admission.

5. Transfer & Withdrawal: The request for the withdrawal should reach the accounts department ( and Principal of the School two months in advance or two months (Notice Period) fee will be charged in lieu thereof.

6. If the school offers admission to a student in the middle of the session, the fee payable will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the balance period of the academic year for fee computation, the date of joining shall be considered as the first day of the month in which the student is joining the school.

7. All supporting documents, forms and pictures are to be submitted at the time of admission.
