Ms. Anvita Gupta

Ms. Anvita Gupta is a distinguished educationist with over 24 years of experience in education and the IB continuum. She has held leadership positions in some of India’s leading IB schools and has been in school leadership roles for over a decade, successfully guiding institutions through phases of growth, transformation, and international collaboration.
She is an IB PYP and DP Evaluation Leader, a role that has given her the opportunity to work closely with schools across India and abroad, deepening her expertise in global best practices.
She is also extensively trained through numerous IB workshops and conferences, which have enriched her deep passion for the IB philosophy and methodology.
Ms. Gupta’s academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to continuous learning. She has completed the Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School, equipping her with cutting-edge skills in strategic school leadership. In addition, she is a trained leadership coach, which compliments her leadership approach and strengthens her ability to mentor and inspire teams.
Drawing from her vast experience of building strong school cultures and inclusive communities. Ms. Gupta places a strong emphasis on student equity, inclusion, and well-being. She believes that every learner must have access to opportunities that honor their individuality, while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
