“I believe that each child has a unique learning style, and that giving children agency will help them become global citizens.
Since during the pandemic times the physical activity of students had been much limited. So, I had to plan my lessons in a much innovative and most interesting way possible.

I saw students were learning and taking interest in the animal kingdom which the homeroom teacher was teaching and that’s when I thought of integrating animal yoga poses with it.

In my lesson plan I use visible thinking routines to check student’s prior knowledge and while assessing them I gave them the choice on how they want to be assessed. Like if they want to post their own snapshot, make a poster or draw a pose that you liked the most and that’s how I used the learner agency which is Choice, Voice and Ownership”
